Admit cards for regular students has been released by CBSE and students are all set to take their boards from 15th Feb. Please take note of some important changes and instructions –
Students’ PwD categories, Exemption Codes Mentioned on Admit Cards
CBSE has now specified on the admit card the candidates PwD category and exemptions/special considerations. Any exemption related errors in the admit card must be brought to notice of the school authorities and rectified at the earliest. Exemption codes include: S (Scribe), E (Extra Time), A (Assistive Device), L (Large Font), P (Adult Prompter).
Parent’s Signature on Admit card is Now Mandatory
Apart from Principal’s signature on the admit card, the board from this year has made parent signature too mandatory on it.
Important Instructions for Students Appearing for CBSE Board Exams
It is advisable for the students to collect their admit cards and ensure all details and signature are in place well in time. They should also visit the examination center before the exams to avoid last minute hassles. Carrying the school ID and appearing for the board exam in school uniform is mandatory.
Students must not carry phones, gadgets, and other Barred Items
Please read through the instructions given in the admit card carefully and comply. Aim at reaching the center not later than 9.45 am as no one will be permitted to enter after 10am. Do not carry any prohibited item inside the hall which includes phones or any electronic item.
