As part of govt’s ‘alumni enrollment drive’ and as an initiative to reconnect them with their schools to inspire current students and make the teachers proud, the DoE has directed schools to invite them as guests on Republic Day celebrations on 25th January.
In their outreach efforts, the school heads can involve the School Management Committee members also. The School heads are also required to prepare a report on the number of registered alumni and submit the same with their district education officers.
