After ‘Happiness curriculum’ and ‘Entrepreneurial curriculum’ the Delhi government has sought suggestions from government and private school faculty to develop a ‘cleanliness curriculum’. This will be an activity based module with no prescribed book or a separate period allocation.
Taking a cue from other countries where children mop their own classes, dust their desks and water plants as well to inculcate sense of belonging for their classroom and school has resulted in this initiative.
