Diwali is a much awaited festival for Indians living in any corner of the world. The KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority) said that 62 schools in Dubai were closed for Diwali on Sunday, 27th October with some schools reopening on 29th. Indian High School – Dubai, Millennium School Dubai, several schools in Sharjah including GEMS were also closed.
