UAE students have bagged the world topper title in some of the subjects in Cambridge International Exams. Although the results were declared in August but it was just recently that the students were informed of them having topped in the exam. 

 

  • Filipina student Paula Arissandra Dizon is the world topper in the ‘English as a second language’ category of the Cambridge International.  Her success mantra- she read a lot of fiction and non-fiction books to improve upon her sentence structure, grammar, spelling and speaking skills.
  • Salma Hany, an Egyptian student at Wesgreen International School in Sharjah has topped in Mathematics. Salma focused on practice and went through a lot past papers. 
  • Another Filipina student, Princelle Abbie Palmes Binobo from Pristine Private School in Dubai received a high achiever mark in the combined science subject.  She was thorough with the resources provided by her teachers and devoted 7 to 8 hours to studies daily.
