‘Project Design Space’ challenge is being held for the third time by the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation (Didi) and some 2000 UAE high students would be competing for same. The selected ones will get to present design solutions for big brands and firms. This challenge is open to students from grades 5 to 12.

During the 16 week challenge schools will be provided with the  training and programme materials and the contestants will be mentored by their teachers during the after-school club meetings per clients’ briefs and send submission to Didi by February 24th. Finalists will receive expert feedback and coaching from university’s faculty and staff during the ‘design boot camp’ hosted by Didi and on March 23rd the teams will pitch design prototypes to the clients and will attend the award ceremony.
