All educational institutes are closed till March 31st pan India. However, as per a circular by the director of General Education Kerala the teachers shall actively take part in the awareness programs among students and general public. Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE) will be imparting IT training online to more than 81,000 primary teachers in the state. Under normal circumstances this training would have been conducted in 3 batches in over 1,000 centers. KITE’s E-cube English program will focus on English Language efficiency. The said training for all primary and upper primary teachers was supposed to have taken place during the summer vacations. Now the first part of the training will be done in March only.
