Issac Paullungmuan, a 12 year old student of Mount Olive School in Churachandpur district will become the youngest in Manipur to class 10 boards in 2020. He underwent a psychology test to get the Government’s nod as a ‘Special Case’ appearing for class 10 boards before the permissible age of 15 yrs. His IQ score was 141 and mental age of 17 plus years. Issac is looking forward to setting another record of becoming the youngest IAS officer in the country.
