CBSE and NTA (National Testing Agency) has been asked by the HRD Ministry to work on revised examination schedules due to nationwide lockdown. CBSE has to reschedule some class 10 and 12 exams and NTA will be preparing for JEE exam. In compliance with the order dated 24.3.2020 issued by MHA, all offices of MHRD and its autonomous institutions and subordinate offices will remain closed for 21 days. However, all officers and staff will be working from home.
CBSE, NIOS and NTA will be working on revised schedule of exams and Autonomous bodies and NCERT shall draft the alternate academic calendar.
