Look Beyond the Syllabus
An oft repeated statement!! Now act upon it. Parents, teachers and society at large needs to look beyond textbooks knowledge because this does not allow you to recognize the unique talent each child may have. We need to identify this talent early on provide the right guidance, resources and platform to bring it up. Work towards providing them a system that is flexible. Which can give equal weightage to extracurricular activities and academics.
Make your Kids Aware about Social Causes:
Make them aware of the burning social challenges the world is facing. Be it pollution, hunger, illiteracy, environmental issues etc. Guide them to do their bit towards it so that they grow up to a responsible citizen of the nation.
Make ‘Smart’ Use of Technology
Dependency on technology by the future generation is going to grow by leaps and bounds.We ourselves need to stay abreast with the latest development in technology so as to educate them regarding its merits, demerits and using it responsibly.
